PROGRAM STRUCTURE
To stimulate new ideas and discussion, BIT Conferences will improve its conferences by combining a pre-designed program with open sessions for participants. Therefore, the program structure will be organized in this manner:
- Make the projected program available before the conference
- Remain open to proposals to expand the existing tracks or sessions
- Encourage industrial key players to organize their own forum or symposia
- Accept round table or panel discussion proposals before the Summit
- Provide a reasonable rental fee to a session organized on site
- Combine the Exhibition with an event for making new business deals In one place
- Integrate physical presentations with virtual meetings through BIT’s webcasting platform, Mannovas, to provide channels for those who cannot physically participate in the Summit but want to publish their opinions to the audience or the public or media.
