Meeting Proceeding
Each registered participant will receive one complimentary copy of the Final Program Guide and Abstract Book as part of their registration fee. Additional copies, if available, can be purchased for $300. Orders for additional copies will be taken at the Conference Information Desk starting October 18, 2011 and after the conference by email to amy@lcesummit.com
