A SUPER-SCALE AND SPLENDID CONFERENCE ON LOW CARBON ECONOMY IN CHINA, 2011!
The global low carbon economy wave has attracted attention from almost all walks of life. During Oct. 19-26, 2011, BIT’s 1st Low Carbon Earth Summit (LCES-2011) was held in Dalian, China. The theme of the conference is “Leading the Green Economy, Returning to Harmony with Nature.” This congress comprised 10 Chapters and 112 sections following the ceremony, including “Low Carbon Economy”, “Low Carbon Industries and Carbon Neutral”, “Clean Development Mechanisms”, “Green Economy”, “Clean and Sustainable Energy”…etc. The mayor of Dalian, Wancai Li delivered the welcome speech at the opening ceremony.
